6:15 – 6:45 PM — briefing for judges and officials for Area K54 contest
6:45 – 7:45 PM — Area K54 Tall Tales and Table Topics contests
7:15 – 7:45 PM — briefing for judges and officials for Area K52 contest
7:45 – 8:45 PM — Area K52 Tall Tales and Table Topics contests
Judges are judging K54 contest until 7:45. You cannot brief them then
We might have judges who can’t get there in time for the K54 contest, but arrive between 7:15 and 7:45.
Ideally, we’d like to have all our judges working both contests. But if I find someone who can only make it to my contest, I’ll brief them outside (along with the other helpers for the K52 contest). Most anyone we find as judges will have been briefed several times by the 17th, so they shouldn’t need much additional briefing.
