On behalf of the Central Austin Toastmasters, welcome to our website!
We are an Austin chapter of Toastmasters International, where you can improve your public
speaking, which could improve your life!
Our meetings are held on Mondays, from 6 PM to 7 PM at Episcopal Church
of the Resurrection, 2200 Justin Lane in north Austin.
Members can use this website to sign up for speaking slots, check
their progress through the Toastmasters Education program, and
check our club progress in the Distinguished Club Program.
If you're not a member, you are welcome to visit a meeting,
contact an officer, and read the FAQs.

Congratulations to Central Austin TM members Brian Wharton and Jason Lee,
who have finished
speech #10 in the Communications and Leadership manual! Welcome
to Central Austin's newest Competent Toastmasters (CTM)!
- The Central Austin Toastmasters Fall Speech Contest winners were Jason Lee (Humorous
Speech) and Martin Wetzel (Table Topics). Since Martin was the runner-up in the Humorous
Speech club contest, he was able to represent Central Austin TM in both speech categories
at the Area Speech Contest in September when Jason had car trouble preventing his attendance.
Martin placed out of the money in Table Topics, but was the runner-up in the Humorous Speech
contest at the area level, meaning he will be able to represent our area at the Division L
speech contest if the winner is not able to participate. Congratulations to all who competed
in our Club and Area Contests!
